Born in 1991, Marine Billet is a photographer based in Paris. Studying art in its broadest sense leads her to photography and to enter the Gobelins school of Paris.
After graduation, she devoted most of her time assisting experimented advertising and studio photographers. Strengthened by this experience and through a research of lights, aesthetics and precise atmospheres, she developed a singular vision. Her approach is based on different and calculated acute compositions.

Up there

Up there is a still life series made during the last summer 2018.

“I decided to work only with objects found on location in order to get away from the studio process, which is much more controlled. My goal was to transform those ordinary objects into beauty by using their surroundings.”
