If for any reason you are unhappy with any or all of the goods received please contact our customer service. You can return your order to PHROOM for an exchange or refund when the order is returned to the PHROOM Online Shop within 14 working days from the day after you receive the goods. The costs for returning the item(s) to us will be at your expense. We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods. The parcel is your responsibility untill it reaches our warehouse.

PHROOM Online Shop shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible then we will credit the order amount to your method of payment within 30 days.
If you are returning your order we will refund you the order amount excluding shipping costs.
