Waiting

This series is a personal vision of contemporary landscape, a real  journey from sea to the empty holiday houses of Torre Canne (Br).
Faint colors paint an empty landscape, with no cars, no people, no  voices, but full of melancholy and nostalgia, elements that carry a  metaphysical say. Images stimulate not only the visual sense but also  the emotive one. These places are ready to welcome summer and winter,  happyness and melancholy, togetherness and solitude. The sound of  undertow, the wind still warm after an intense summer and the  atmospheres still lingering are not intended to be merely elements of  a research on and about the territory, but a vision of what remains on  the landscape after summer as well. Surreal scenarios skim in front of  the eyes, metaphysical and desolate: it seems that these places only exist for tourists, leaving us all on a still carousel.
